Tequipment wheels take their styling cues from Porsche's rich racing heritage. A traditional Porsche feature is the five-bolt design and large pitch circle, which creates a choice of five- or ten-spoke configurations offering greater rigidity than other wheels, despite the slimmer spoke design and corresponding reduction in weight.

The two-piece construction features a one-piece rim bed to ensure perfect tyre sealing The use of high-strength titanium bolts to join the central section (spider) to the rim helps reduce the weight of the wheel to the absolute minimum.
