The annual General Assembly of the Porsche shareholders took place on March 21, 1985 at 10:00 a.m. in the Liederhalle - Beethovensaal - Berliner Platz 1, Stuttgart.

To facilitate the discussion (inter alia, what to do with the balance sheet profit of DM 46,200,000; who to elect at the top jobs, etc) a short report on the company deeds in 1983-84 was prepared and distributed to the attendees.
