Note of the editor: Mr. Constantine Byron Limber, of Elyria (OH), who is mentioned in the leaflet, passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2016 at UH Elyria Medical Center. He was born April 22, 1937 in New York, NY. Byron served in the United States Air Force, and retired as an Air Traffic Control Supervisor. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, was active in sports car racing, motorcycling and travel.
